I hope this song will help someone as much as it helped me. I’ve struggled with my weight for my whole life. One month I would be 135 and the next I would be 200 pounds. I would eventually lose the weight but I was still holding on to the baggage that made me gain the weight in the first place. This is a song I wrote about letting it all go.
