Funny to think this music originates from a scrapped Marty boss fight in Lisa: The First. There's actually still some assets left over from when the fight was gonna be used. Wonder if someone could potentially reconstruct it? Potentially.

Hi! Towards the ending of the fight (when Marty’s form evolved with his head dislocated and spinning) there is a sad sounding song playing, sounding a little bit like a music box and maybe with some children laughing as well, I was wondering if you could upload that song by any chance?
