Here's a reliable way to get the herbs in New Austin with Arthur in Chapter 2. There are four you need to complete Herbalist 9. Using the buggy you can get all four in one trip. The only impossible challenge (for Chapter 2) looks like Bandit 6 and up. The horse fence only becomes available in Chapter 3. For Sharpshooter 6 you need the Rolling Block Rifle, which you only get in the final part of Chapter 2. It's also possible to get that rifle early using the companion glitch (which is difficult).

The AI voice was trained using ten minutes of in-game dialogue.

The A.I gets the accent pretty close, but it misses the "roughness" the actual voice actor puts onto Arthur's voice.

It's like Arthur Morgan presenting a plan for a heist to me

I like how the sniper has infinite ammo and never has to reload.

(0:58) “I’ll just check that Micah’s still in jail. This is not needed for the challenge, but it’s satisfying. You do not want him getting out.”

Sniper is literally cameraman’s evil twin.

“Sir, is he dead yet?” “No, that damn buggy is bulletproof, and he’s just picking herbs!”
  • I love that the sniper is like halfway across the state and still hitting the buggy with pinpoint accuracy
  • Damn that sniper must be sitting on a cloud to be able to hit the buggy with every shot no matter how high or low or what angle he is.
  • Love how commited the sniper is to killing Arthur but the second he leaves New Austin he like aight ima head out
  • Interesting that the bullets always come from behind no matter what way you turn.
  • The invisible sniper is one of the worst things to exist in a video game. Period. At least in RDR1 you can explore the whole map without any real gimmicks after the first mission.

"What the hell have you done to this poor thing?" Points to several bullet holes. "you have no idea"

Would've been awesome to just be able to explore lower WE and NA, I understand Blackwater but would be nice to explore outside it with Arthur.

If you don't patch the game, you just replay the mission "Angelo Bronte, Man of Honor" and get spotted by police in the cemetery, then escape and finish the mission. After that, just go into the southern part of the map and no lawmen or invisible snipers bother you unless you start a massacre or otherwise draw attention. I completed every challenge as Arthur using that method. Only things I couldn't do were trigger final fishing mission and taxidermy mission, which you have to be John to do. Everything else can be done as Arthur using that glitch.
  • Anyone else find the sniper kinda Adorable? "Sir, Morgan seems to just be after a few select herbs" "DOESN'T MATTER, KEEP SHOOTING!"

told myself i wouldn’t go to that part of the map because i don’t want to deal with that “sniper” but now i really want Arthur to wear the legend of the east outfit 😂
  • Keep doing these😂 love how it’s like Arthur is a tour guide to the world. I’m also completing the challenges as Arthur and I really love these
  • The most annoying thing about this was the amount of times I had to find a buggy and drive it all the way across the map. But once I got the hang of things and stopped over thinking, this actually turned out to be pretty easy. Thank you bro you’re a legend 👍
