THE LIL CROCHETED CHILD BIRB IS SO ADORABLEE β€β€π

Thank you! For those taking notes: 1. Get the white of the eye 2. Find the color of the iris 3. Find where the light is coming from and as a result find the light side of the iris (opposite the light source) 4. Add the dark color to the pupil and use that color to darken part of the iris that is not in light 5. Add the highlight

I told my bf that eyes are like jewels just yesterday. Lol Thank you for the break down of the eye shape and light reflection. Copy and paste will never work out the same as actually understanding the 'why'. Cheers!

the most amazing teacher for art babies everrr

right I absolutely love that you explained what and how along with why. just being told what to do and how to do it doesn't really help much because you don't really learn anything from it. you're just doing what you've been told will work. but knowing why something is done the way it is done means I can apply that knowledge to different scenarios on my own and it actually would look right. I've watched tons of eye tutorials but this one has got to be the most helpful one
