Seventeen-year-old Penelope Wise vanished in May after getting into a disagreement with her parents. Investigators and family searched for the girl for months, but the Michigan high school student never turned up. Just this week, there was a break in the case when Penelope was found alive and well, living with a 44-year-old stranger she now calls her fiancé. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the case.
