  • Now that the MCU ended the Thanos storyline, I really hope that Doom becomes the next big bad villain for the next phase of MCU movies.
  • @domidium
Doctor Doom needs his own solo movie.
  • @saturncrush
I had no idea that Doom, thought him conquering the world was him saving it from a horrible future. So complex.

If DOCTOR DOOM does make an appearance in the MCU I just hope they keep his Slavic Romani heritage intact.
  • @vasglorious
This is my favorite villain in the Marvel Universe, and such a tragic backstory.
  • @markrayp7457
Doom's origin is one of the greatest fictional backstories of all time.
  • @Wrestling-Nun
I see the algorithm is suggesting everything MF Doom related
  • @billwhite1544
His story would make a great movie. I hope the MCU consider this
  • Doom might just become my favorite "villain" now. Everyone sees him as a bad guy, but the truth is he's like a anti hero, whose gonna save the world, whether they like it or not. Sure his methods might be cruel, but it's necessary to save the planet

For years there had been a debate as to the severity of the lab accident which had ruined Doom's face. Jack Kirby chose the simple scar element, while Stan Lee chose total disfigurement. It wasn't until the "genius" of John Byrne that the debate was "finally" answered. In doing so, both Jack and Stan were correct. First, the scar reveal. The very first post accident Doom, shown for the 1st time in that awesome bottom panel. And then later, while donning his red hot mask. Thus, destroying the whole of his face for good. In this one issue, Byrne combined both theories, laying them to rest. Thanks, John.

Until watching this video, I was unaware that Doctor Doom had successfully freed his mother from hell and the means that enabled him to do so. For me, it was just as surprised to learn that it was Doctor Strange that had assisted in this accomplishment.

I am a huge Doom fan... favourite character ever, in any media, villain or otherwise... I have him tattooed on the back of my neck 😹 but I must say that this has to be the most concise, well put together Doom video I've seen... excellent work, love your channel.

"Pain??? That is for lesser men!!! What can pain mean to Victor Von Doom?" My favorite all-time Doom quote. And words I like to live by.
  • @yeetyeet2098
Oh so doom is actually just a good guy who wants the greater good in humanity huh, man I think I found my fav villain
  • @metal87power
He really deserves his own origin movie even prior to introducing F4 in MCU. 1. Origins of Victor Van Doom with a glimpse of Reed Richards 2. Origins of F4 with emphasizing on Victor&Reed's adversary. 3. F4 integrating with the rest of MCU 4. Introducing Franklin Richards.

My knowledge of comics is mostly limited to the movies and I didn’t know much about Doom before this video. He seems like an awesome character and I really hope he gets introduced into the MCU sooner than later
