There's a difference between comedians who deliver well-rehearsed jokes versus a guy like this who is so sharp and quick mentally that he can make jokes up on the fly. He's brilliant, a bona fide genius. I'd hate to piss this guy off and have him destroy me verbally.

I do improv comedy and this guy's crowd work simultaneously inspires and terrifies me. Inspires, because he makes sharp-tongued wit a bloody art form. Terrifies, because some day I am going to take a run at an audience member who has his wit and repertoire of savage quips and I am going to be murdered in front of a crowd.
