Cheesy Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
For the chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the pasta:

12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, fusilli, or your favorite type)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the cheese sauce:

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Combine and melt the cheeses:

Gradually add the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine everything:

Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet.
Stir until the pasta and chicken are evenly coated with the cheese sauce.
Serve:

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
Add vegetables: Feel free to add some cooked vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or broccoli for added flavor and nutrition.
Spice it up: If you like a bit of heat, add some red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the cheese sauce.
Use different cheeses: Experiment with different cheeses like cheddar, gouda, or provolone for a unique twist on the classic dish.
