Cook the bacon and pasta, preheat oven 350F
Lines rimmed pan with foil
Drain pasta and add broccoli in pot
Sautee chopped onion
Stir in 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
Once thickened, remove from heat
Cook the chicken and shred (or leave bite sized)
Add chicken to pot of pasta and broccoli + sauce from skillet and some shredded cheese
Mix all together, then transfer to baking dish
Top with shredded cheese and chopped, cooked bacon
Bake covered in oven on 350 for 20 minutes
(Uncover for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is hot)

Marie, I would just like to let you know how awesome I think it is that you shared such a raw evening routine with kiddos by yourself! With music playing in the background of most videos like this, I feel like people tend to forget how chaotic and loud it actually can be! I’m a working mama but my husband often works later than I do, leaving me to do dinner and bath and all that by myself, and let me tell you, sometimes you just wish you could multiply yourself into like 4 different people! 😂 thanks so much for your genuine content!
