Out of all the Disney villains abusing their minions, Yzma making Kronk cry by rejecting his spinach puffs is just crossing the line.

Maleficent at least had a reason to be upset compared to the others since she never considered the possibility that her henchmen would be looking for a baby for 16 years straight.

I take it as a rule of nature that villains have to have henchmen who are unbearably incompetent to the point where they abuse them.

When you remember that Kronk and Iago actually gave Jafar and Yzma the inspiration to go forward with their plots. The henchman should not be underestimated.

Umm... I think there is missing Scar mistreating Shenzi, Banzai, Ed and the rest of the hyena clan, including, heck, even killing one hyena during "Be Prepared" song.
