Feb 25th 2015 Mayo Clinic dropped me during hip replacement surgery. They broke my neck, fractured both hips and fractured most of my ribs. If you're interested in my evidence which is located on Facebook: Justice for Dustin's Medical Malpractice.

I'm sitting on a plethora of recorded video/audio evidence and screenshots that incriminates Youtube, Facebook, Tweeter, Mediacom, Straight talk wireless and POF for tampering with all my social media accounts to silence me.

Medical errors are the third leading cause of death according to John Hopkins University. However, if you google search the CDC they don't list it on there top ten, strange. If medical errors were properly recorded it would be the #1 cause of death in our country.
