Juries don't like witnesses that have an attitude. The man is a hot mess.

The decorum of the court is one thing that impressed me when I served on three juries. In the cases I observed, everyone enjoyed respect and there was a certain aspect of solemnity. When we jurors were invited in, everyone stood for us, just as they stand when the judge approaches the bench. These things contributed to the seriousness and diligence with which we eventually deliberated. Trump's closed eyes and Costello's pugnacious scorn make a mockery of what are supposed to be dignified proceedings.

Contempt of court must result in jail. Don’t allow Costello to make a mockery of this trial.
