    To summarize, after getting the reset code from honda, I got an error at first because the car was on and running, BUT it needs to be in accessory position and then it will accept the code. Thanks for this video! Helped a lot!

    Thank u soooo much for sharing this video.. I was able to get the S/N called a number the dealership gave me n they asked me for my info my Vin number and mileage n then gave me my code n BAM i got my radio back yey!!!! So thank u for this

    🙏thank you for this. Seriously great job. Straight to the point and 100% helpful. My local dealership got me my code in about 30 seconds. Just call the service department and they pull it up on their computer after you give em the 8 digit serial.

    Thanks for the video. Really helpful. I had the same problem as you, but once I disconnected and reconnected the battery, it worked right away as soon as I put in the code.

    I was able to locate the radio code in the “service history” users manual! I received the error message when I entered the code, but I took the key out and put it in again and it worked the second time! Thank you for your help
