Stolas is based off a real (real in the sense of a real mythology) demon that is depicted as an owl and has power over stars and space. So yes, yes you could say space owls are a thing.

The robot (and his living counterpart in later episodes) is voiced by the same guy who voiced Adam and Sir Pentious in Hazbin

Keep in mind that Pilot Stolas is absolutely NOT subsequent Stolas. Very different character, considerably more easy to intimidate, and NEVER talks about the earth and global warming in gleeful tones. (Played by Bryce Pinkham, Tony nominee. A fellow called Brock Baker was the original Stolas, and he was meant to be an actual villain. It didn't last. :D Likely also the reason they toned it down in the pilot right down to actual non existence ) Bryce's Pinkham's Stolas is kind of nervously faking it, and Blitz honestly brought it on himself. He literally started it. (Also this is my absolute favorite song of Helluva Boss. Got me through four years of taking care of an elderly parent.)

Sooooo Stolas is actually one of the demon royals in myth. (1 of 72) They are listed in a old Occult Text Called the Lesser Key of Solomon, more specifically a section known as the Ars Goetia (hence stolas' surname). He is detailed as being a large crow or owl with long legs. He is a teacher of Astronomy as well as being knowledgeable of plants and geology i believe

Fizzarolli is voiced by Alex Brightman who also voiced Adam and Sir Pentious.

Loo Loo Land is what got me into Helluva Boss over Hazbin Hotel, showing it was more than the pilot provided and that there would actually be character depth with Stolas being a fantastic father.

You ought to get yourself a bigger monitor- a second monitor, and a darker room. During Stolas' "You Will Be Okay" song, those vibrant colors would have lit up your room

Gotta say it's a bold move to respond to a copyright infringement lawsuit from Lucifer by changing your theme song to rip off a song Lucifer's daughter sang on TV.

There IS a comic owl. Its name is… STOLAS! That’s right, our salacious owl boi is based off the Classic description of the same name. OG Stolas was said to assist with Alchemy, Botany, and Astronomy!
