The Vancouver Canucks have had one of their best seasons in franchise history. Just behind those impressive 2010 and 2011 years. So coming into tonight’s matchup against the Calgary Flames, all they wanted was to clinch the Pacific Division. Getting their starting goalie Thatcher Demko back sure didn't hurt! But what also hasn't hurt, is the performance of Filip Hronek who came over from the Red Wings last season. he’s been in the league though, for 7 years and before tonight, he had played 389 games without ever making the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. That puts him at 7th for most games played without making the playoffs amongst active players. But! This year? He's in and just gave the Flames an all time chirp that was caught by a hot mic! This came after what had been a frustrating game for the Flames and after Pachal got a cross check from Hoglander, tempers boiled over. I cover it all and more in todays NHL hockey video!

Tocchet hates when players snap their heads back to draw a penalty so he was probably grumbling in this one. Nice win for the Canucks, they've had a great season and as a fan it feels nice seeing them take care of their own business rather than waiting for other teams to lose.
