The planes with the weird looking tails are just twin-boom aircraft. They exist irl, so they're not that bad.
  • @AaronCMounts
0:40 - Not true. There are medevac fixed wing planes all over the world and medical airlift planes as well.
  • @just_violet
"There's no cargo aircraft with propellers nowadays" C-130, A-400M, C-27J, C-160 and An-22 left the game
  • @Explorer1964
"There's no cargo aircraft with propellers in service today" The AN-22 would like to have a word with you.
  • @Reewen
0:38 Actually that is not entirely true. Medical airplanes do exist. They are mostly used to transport passengers from remote areas to properly equipped hospitals fast or to take travelers who got into an accident abroad home. Those planes don't always need a proper runways either, there are plenty of airplanes which can land on relatively short runways/on grass strips. I mean to be fair, those plans won't be able to land directly at the site of the emergency but helicopters can't do that always either 6:00 That is not true either. There are plenty of turboprop aircraft still in active service to this day like the lockheed martin c-130
  • I think you got a little wrong in the last spot, medical transport airplanes exist, and that tail configuration is realistic too
  • @rfspilot
"You never see them on any aircraft in service today" Pretty much every Cessna Saab 340 ATR 72 Dash 8-300 Jetstream 41 Jetstream 32 Dornier 328 Beechcraft King Air 90 GT King Air 100 King Air 350 King Air 200 Dornier 228 VulcanAir Aviator TP 600 Beechcraft Baron G58 Beechcraft 1900D C-130 Britten Norman Islander Cirrus SR22 Diamond DA 42 Twin Otter DHC 6 TBM 850 Merlin III Metro III/23 Metro III/23 Executive VulcanAir P68 Turbo Commander Piper PA 34 Seneca Piper PA 31 Navajo Piper Cheyenne II Pilatus PC-12 Mitsubishi MU 2 Mitsubishi MU-12 (yes they are different aircraft) Merlin 300 Piaggio Avanti P 180 To name a few (If you got to the end, respect to you)
  • "there's no cargo aircraft with propellers in service today" C-130: Bruh.... Do I not exist
  • the planes that have ""Horendous"" tails are actualy common irl , they are called twin boom aircraft lol.
  • 0:42 sorry I have to point this out but you’re wrong. I work in aviation and know friends who work for the royal flying doctor. The point of an fixed winged aircraft instead of a rotor wing aircraft is to go longer distances. Usually the casualty is out in a rural area. Helicopters are used in floods or areas with low accessibility and short distance. But yeah the design for this aircraft is unusual especially seeing the air ambulances themselves.
  • @Jagger-uk8ff
Just to let you know propeller planes are still used a lot today especially in cargo roles....and the twin boom tails you don't like are in fact very real and used frequently so please do some research before you go running off at the mouth like you speak facts....
  • @Aleks-yl5hf
I'm sorry but to me it look's like you don't understand anything about LEGO and planes:( Some planes are awesome but lowely ranked, whilst those being rubbish occupy the top spots... Can't agree - sorry
  • @chayforster5138
Maybe let people who actually know a thing or two about airplanes make a video on this topic. Every sentence hurt my brain.
  • @cheemsburgr
the cool thing about the #1 plane is that it also had a ANA version. 1000 were made
  • fixed wing Air Ambulances are very common , they are used for interfacility transfers world wide and in rural Australia (RFDS) and parts of Africa they are used for response to scene
  • @aluxtaiwan2691
The #1 really deserve it's spot, four engine, muti-pair main landing gear and beautifully angle winglets really made this commercial jet spot on in every way. 60022 were also good and add more playability, only thing I can nitpicking is winglets are not as good as #1 and ground crew shouldn't refuelling on top of the wing.
  • @Circa88
6:00 This man really just forgot that the Dash 9, C-130 Harcules, and Airbis A-400M are a thing. Im sure theres some that im forgetting.
  • 6:00 That isn't even remotely true. In fact, like half of all Canadian aircraft (I don't know the exact number but a large number are the De Havilland Canada Dash 8 or Dash 9) are propeller driven, and if you want cargo planes, there are many models, like the L-100, the ATR 42, and many military cargo aircraft which are still in use. Also, approximately 40% of all Fedex aircraft are propeller or turboprop driven.
  • @mammutMK2
1:55 , just to point out, lego did add a jeep to this set that actually looks like a jeep without having a jeep licence...well, we better not talk about that other set
  • Set 7893 was absolutely my favorite Lego City set I've ever had. I remember how amazing it felt to get one for Christmas back in the year 2008. Great memories!
