  • After letting the gym membership expire during COVID, I started doing home workouts with dumbbells and bands. Needing more variety, I came across your videos and they are excellent! Great form examples, pacing, and variations. The muscle grouping illustrations really help to concentrate on doing it properly.

    I have been working out with you for 2 weeks and I started feeling stronger physically and I feel confident, strong. I am thinking if I should upgrade to 3 kg dumbbell or should I continue with 2 kg another 2 weeks. I feel that work out isn't too challenging with 2 kg dumbbell on each arm.
