How about Rockstar's 'Manhunt'? It's quite brutal, but the voice over performance of Brian Cox (before 'Succession') commenting on the stealth kills makes up for it and creates a real, gloomy vibe. He's an amazing actor. I got a voice acting background and the vocal training itself was really tough, sometimes without noticeable results for months but actors like him or the late Kevin Conroy are a great impulse to not give up - I was almost a face of Leon in those new RE games :)

Love your reaction to "bloody mess" perk. XD omg loooooool. the glow is berry mentats, it highlights living entities, even through walls. I love that this is 8 minutes of kill animations looooooooooool. wish there were more of the sci fi elements shown like the cryogenic chambers or Doctor Amari's memory den.

@DoctorER in the Fallout series you actually have the wonder drug which comes in a syringe called Stimpax which is a cure all for physical injury and infection/poisoning. Unrealistic but a cool bit of Fallout lore regardless
