Your friendly neighborhood Web-head is not a hero to be messed with. I mean, we all knew that right? Although Peter Parker is a quippy goofball who struggles in his personal life, he’s still one of the strongest and smartest superheroes around. Though you’re guaranteed a good time with plenty of jokes, you should be terrified if you had to face Spidey in a fight. His strength, his speed, his agility, and his spider-sense makes him a formidable opponent for just about anyone so no wonder he’s beaten some of the best in the marvel universe!

Yes, that’s right. There are plenty of instances where Peter had to trade blows with some Marvel heavy hitters and not surprisingly, Peter almost always comes out on top. Like of course, the instance that’s all fresh in our minds is how Peter was able to beat the former Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange in the Mirror Dimension. In that situation, Peter used math to beat magic which is just about the nerdiest thing you can imagine. But there are plenty of other examples too. Did you know he once punched Hulk into space? Did you know that he once bluffed his way to a victory against Black Widow? Did you know he’s taken on full teams like the X-Men and the Fantastic Four all at once and beaten them both no problem? Spidey is amazing!

So join me today as I discuss all the superheroes our friendly neighborhood web-head has defeated in the past. After you’re done, be sure to hit that big like and subscribe button for more awesome superhero content like this. Oh and leave a comment telling us what other heroes you want to see Spidey face! Thanks for watching CBR! Let’s get started.

Do you think we'll see Spider-Man fight Deadpool in the MCU?
  • @Capn_Cruncher
When it comes to all 3 spider-men I think they are even, Tobey is a truck and can tank hits and hit like a truck. Andrew can zip around and has been showed to dodge lightning and has the best spider sense. Tom Holland has technology and the smarts and is still strong. I love all 3 and in a fight they’re all even, UNLESS it’s Bully Maguire with the venom suit he puts dirt in their eyes. Edit: okay it’s been a year and I got 1.5k likes! And my notifications keeps blowing up saying how Tom wins because of Thanos. That is not true at all, Thanos said before to strange that he is going to hold back because all he wanted was peace, TH was also in his Iron Spider, but either way Thanos broke Tony’s armor and could have ripped TH in half if he wanted to so none of that counts, so TH does not have planetary level strength. Another one you guys are say is that he is stronger physically than Tobey, that is wrong, and that happened in nwh, Tobey caught the glider from a bloodlust TH without problems, also if you see “he had to use his whole body to stop it” well he was not struggling, Tobey is physically the strongest and TH’s best strength feat is lifting Ned Leeds in the elevator. Smelly nerds gotta read this.

I really wish the movies would lean more into the Spidey sense and how difficult it is to even land a blow on him. A mature Spidey in complete command of all his abilities and the strategies to go with it would be so fun to watch. That's when you spring a villain like Venom on him.

I hope one day we get a SpiderMan/Deadpool crossover. Nothing major, something like sworn enemies to reluctant allies to best friends. I always loved the way they interacted together in comicbooks (well, escept for that time when Deapool blew Spidey's brains out).

People say strange was goin easy on spidey, they wasn’t fighting at all, it was a battle for the cube, and strange couldn’t possibly get the cube off him, therefore spidey has beat him, yes strange can easily overpower him but people just need to accept the fact spidey made strange look like a fool

Spiderman’s strength is so underrated because he’s a teen
  • @subhasgram
spiderman is most beloved and famous superhero ever... no wonder he can beat all superheroes
  • Honestly I think Peter actually beats Miles because Peter has more experience and agility. Power is not always everything
  • @Jxxgerr
spider man is such a well balanced hero

What would happen if Spider-Man fought against fellow teenage Superheroes like Darkhawk and Nova Richard Rider? Would it be awesome if he teamed up with them in the MCU just like in the comics?
  • @KingSho3
1:42 yes you can infer it's his spider-sense but it's also given to us because you can actually see his spidey sense in his astral projection as the squiggly lines above his head like how the comics would portray it. I'm surprised no one has noticed this

Are we going to see Spider-Man win against more Marvel Superheroes like these in the future? Which one of these Superheroes do you think is the best as well as the most powerful and would win against each other?
  • I don’t know why people overlook Spider-Man ❤️💙. He’s one of the most smartest and popular superheroes in the world.
  • People underestimate spiderman a lot because he's young but yeah he's insane, easily one of the top heroes of marvel.
  • @FluffyBunnyCat
Honestly would love to see a Spider-Man VS Deadpool Film.
  • @farhanahmed552
Spidey's biggest power is his amateur behavior even when he is an intelligent one. Everyone thinks he is just a kid and can do nothing and underestimates his potential, and that is when he achieves the key to win. Through his opponents' underestimations and ego.
  • I would say Tobey Maguire would when it comes to strength, he has displayed some really impressive stuff without even sweating
