9:35 I know this is clearly a jab at Internet Explorer, but I see something else going on. Some people take a bit longer to process information that has been given them in one way or another. Sensory overload can be one reason for it, but it could also be due to brain fog or other things our brains can do to us. SMG4 could have ridiculed Slowpoke if he wanted, but that wouldn't have helped him at all. Looks can decieve after all. I'm a Pokémon fan who unironically believes Slowpoke to be a smart Pokémon who just happen to take longer to process information, that's all. So this part is 100% wholesome for me, despite the obvious joke. I really love the nuance in this series. It's silly and yet it makes me cry from time to time. Even the overused jokes that appear in the videos have unpredictable outcomes. That's the kind of chaos I approve of!
