There was no rival to Oppenheimer in terms of editing (except Thelma) but Jennifer Lane made an engaging, impractical and dizzying edition. How the editing made the dialogues accelerate in speed, the shots and in moments of tension it does well as an edition. Good for Jennifer :D

"Oppenheimer" overall has excellent editing and extremely complicated to pull off. I find it has moments where it feels too chaotic for its own good. "Anatomy Of A Fall" has an extremely precise and flawless editing that I feel should have been the winner. Still, Oppenheimer's editing work is well deserving of an Oscar.
