Chana dhal - 2 cup
Red chillies - 3 to 4
Green chillies - 3
Saunf - 1 tsp
Onion - 3
Garlic - 5
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Pudhina - small cup
Curry leaves - as required
Coriander - as required
Salt - to taste

Thank you so much aunty. I have been your fan for 20 years. I made masal vadai just now. Came out very very crispy and delicious. Just followed your method and ingredients with out any change. Used uLLi instead of vengayam. Thanks to you. UngaLoda thamizh innoru thani suvai. :) Wish I could add a picture here.

NaN ungal paruppu boli senju pathen. Super ah vanthichu. Also baking soda + turmeric combination colour change information nice. Neenga dolly than enaku therium. Enakum pala roast pannum pothu one time apdi achu. En epdi colour change achu nu theriala. Now I know the reason. Thanks for sharing Revathi Amma
