Choosing Sunflower Varieties

Traditional sunflowers grow up to 8-12 feet tall with large flower heads. Over the years, sunflower breeders have developed new varieties which are shorter, multi-stemmed, and come in many different colors and shapes.

    Could have been more informative and useful if at least he provided names of sunflower varieties to plant for cut flower and for food consumption considering the video title as choosing varieties of sunflower.
