"This album (this track is on) was inspired by the might of ancient pagan wisdom", says frontman Sakis Tolis. "It's a tribute to those who resisted the coming of Christianity, which destroyed all the values, traditions and knowledge of the ancient world". I believe this track is about that resistance, the battle, and everything it took from those who failed to refrain.

Man like a fine wine this band gets better in age. Im very glad to have met n opened for em on the coldest winter night i can ever recall. So cold i broke my bass drum beater in half during my set opening for em. They played the quintessential underground metal show I ever saw. Even without me n my band. It still would be. It was the most elite metalic underground of Wisconsin in place at 1 time Thanks to rotting Christ. Hail to them for all eternity!

Absolutely blown away by the new track 'Embrace You' from Rotting Christ's latest album. The way they weave together powerful imagery with profound themes of divinity, spirit, and the human condition is nothing short of masterful. This album exceeded my expectations and I'm not just saying that because I love the band

It seems Rotting Christ have gone for a very Irish Celtic Pagan theme on this album with images of Cernunnos and also Druids "Pagan priests" on this video and the track "Saoirse" also a Gaelige Irish female name 🇮🇪☘️🇬🇷🤘

Just came from my second trip to Greece after 15 years. This time in Rodos and on top of Monólithos and it's one of the most beautiful scenery I've seen in my life I just couldn't help myself to think of Rotting Christ and Sakis' beautiful atmospheric music and imagine it in my head while looking down those magnificent mountains. ευχαριστώ Greece and Sakis!

Unholy FECK, another amazing song and flawless riff by Rotting Christ. Can't wait to get their latest vinyl, that Crystal edition looks beautiful and so do the songs sound. I've been following them and my other favourite Hellenic band, Septicflesh, for a long time, yet I never saw either of them live. Since the universe works in strange ways, I'll finally watch them both in October, in the same venue in consecutive days. I can't begin to describe how happy I am about that, 2024 has been a really shitty year and watching two of my favourite bands like that should make a feckin' difference 🤘🏻
