this was my problem of my compter before i was figure out how to fix it. what i did was i turned off the usb 3.0 in the bios and then i was suprise that it fixed.

the computer still turns on but it takes time to power up. i have to turn it off and on several times before it completely boots. i hope you fix yours and the pc is working flawlessly for a year now

same problem here... how are you able to turne off usb 3.0 ? when you not able to entered bios?

fixed already. usb 3 was causing the problem so i disabled it in bios
