Please do some safety for the rotating table cutting person. Imagine if they stop moving in the opposite direction in the rotating table..

Please use your top waste and bottom waste foam piece and stick on your trolley. When hot foam block falls on that trolley it will be damage from down. You can increase yield.

What a wonderful factory! I love that giant circular foam slitter. I have a humble recommendation. At 4:53 you are assembling a mattress. I notice that you fold each layer in half, glue, then unfold the layer and lay it down. What you are doing may seem faster and more productive but there is a better way that improves time, quality and craftsmanship. When memory foam and other foams, like latex are folded, they stretch. The stretching alters the size slightly when you unfold it, making the corners of each layer not line up properly. I notice that you do go back and cut the excess to make it even, but you can avoid the need to make those cuts and not waste foam by not folding it in half. Instead, lay it flat, exactly where it should lay as if it is already glued perfectly into position. Then, walk around the edge, slightly lifting the layer of foam and spray the glue in between the layers. You will then have perfect placement on corners because there is no stretch. You will not have to waste time, energy and materials making the corners even after you glue.
