Texas flooding: Channelview-area residents experience more flooding concerns following new rainfall

I live along the Houston Ship Channel. Just drove over the Fred Hartman Bridge and witnessed that this rainfall runoff has caused a rise in the ship channel & bays by at least 1-2 feet. That is an enormous amount of water!

We need more rain

I was just up there at Livingston Camilla and Coldspring- heartbreaking reality. Locals rescuing others living at “the bottoms”

Every year this happens and nothing is done about the flooding, Houston is a mess.

First time hearing about channelview being flooded.

If you live in a flood prone area you can expect floods!
