The determining game will take place on Friday night when the Miami Heat, without their star player Jimmy Butler due to an MCL sprain, host the Chicago Bulls for the No. 8 seed. The winner will advance to play Boston, with the series starting Sunday at TD Garden.     The NBA is not innocent in the ban of the player. They could have quietly expelled him since he was a nobody. Instead, the NBA takes advantage of his mistake by putting him up for all to see so that the NBA can make sure the fans keep buying tickets and jerseys
