For cushions & mattresses.. Here in India, every year in the summer months we keep all the mattresses & cushions in the open sun whole day time for almost 4-5 days continuously.. That way they get cleaned of the germs..

The idea that you don’t need physical copies because you can stream is crazy. Streaming services get rid of shows all the time that you may enjoy or want to watch with someone later. Physical copies of stored properly will be there.

A lot of old stuff can be sold on eBay if not donated charitably, even old newspapers, magazines, and concert tickets can be highly collectible.
