I saw this house right off the highway so I exited and made my way down some neighborhood roads to find it. The front sidewalk was almost completely covered and the grass was getting SUPER long. I knocked on the door with no answer, so I spoke to a neighbor to figure out what was going on. She told me they found the homeowner deceased inside about 2 years ago. Since then, it was sold to someone in Las Vegas with the intention to turn it into an Airbnb. However, it’s been sitting ever since with no TLC. The lawn is completely out of control and has become a nuisance for the neighborhood.

If anyone had told me a year ago that I’d be spending an hour watching somebody shoveling a sidewalk and transforming a property I would have said they were crazy. I am 77 also and my family came in my room and say oh it’s the lawn mowing again when they hear your mower. I say well he’s making America great again.

I will never understand buying a property and then letting it sit and rot. At one time I'm sure this property was beautiful. Great transformation and what a great surprise at the end with a beautiful song and beautiful voices. Bravo!

He is genuine and humble. When some of these YouTubers start thinking they're celebrities and acting like they're more worried about their selves than what they started out doing, it's not enjoyable to watch.
