We have the technical skills to evaluate the training because we need to looks inside the capacity of the people to work , I mean not every one can work with children , this is a special personality to this work , like a electricity work you need a methodist person whose never over ride the rules , en welder needs a personality with diverse experience in different works , a driver need patience personality , they need what's you told before many times they need to like what they're doing and they happy with the work
