A story about two people.

After 2 years, it’s done. This has been a project I’ve been working on since before I decided to come to Glasgow. It went under many transformations as the months went by, but I’m happy I stuck with it. Thank you so much for checking this out, and thank you so much to everyone who helped out for their patience and trust. It's not perfect, but it's WAY better than anything I could've ever done by myself.

    I loved how in the beginning we hear the door creak, but the door in the frame still closed then it pans over to the other door. It gently and warmly creaks open and she smiles and says "I'm over here". Contrasted with the ending where she slams the door shut and we're just left with the guy in the frame. Also, not sure if this was intentional or not, but him knocking on the wrong door in the beginning might've tipped us early that he wasn't on the same page with her regarding their relationship. So evocative, beautiful, and relatable.

    i’ve been heartbroken before, the guy i liked was dating my best friend , i used to dream of us being together but i knew it would never happen. this short film is honestly rlly beautiful. it gets my butterflies. i just want that kind of love. i want some one to think of me as more then just friends, cuz i’ve never had that happen to me before. dear adrian, (who was my crush) you will always be my first ever love but u won’t be my last.

    I don't think I've ever said this about a film before but the editing makes so much sense in this movie. From the sick match cut to all the different perspectives before and after the kiss (kind of reminded me of the Expectation vs Reality scene from 500 days of Summer), it all works really well. But there's no one credited as an editor. WTF Ben!?

    Awesome film. It really shows them being genuine friends, being goofy and having funs like the kids we all are at heart. Then that kiss. It takes what they had, and kills it. Brilliant writing. It says exactly enough for you to know everything.

    I think I just rewatched that transition like five times at 1:06 because it's just so good. And also I really like how you handled the ending.

    The transition at 1:06 is actually hallucinogenic but those actors were WEAK at skimming stones. I mean they didn't even get one bounce in there
