I think we can all agree that Sad-ist animations are literal eye candy.

These two characters have more personality than most isekai protagonists.

I like that in this, "Stanley" is a full-on gymnast, while in The Stanley Parable, Stanley can't jump 80% of the time.
  • "Stanley was a casual office worker" the entire fandoms invisionment of him:
  • @KazooDoesArt
FULLY COLORED TOO?? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NEXT-LEVEL STUFF RIGHT HERE
  • @RosieWolf
You know it’s a good animation when you can still enjoy it so much without knowing anything about the story.
  • @MakoTheFish
Y'know when you listen to a song and go, "I could make an animation of this if I could actually animate," and then every scene plays out in your head? That's what this video is, SAD-ist had that idea and actually followed through with it because they can actually animate
  • @CloudingITS
the parkour scenes were absolutely FABULOUS. the scenes felt like they were from the game 'Vector' but fully colored.

SAD-ist on their way to carry every fandom known to man
  • The camera turning around the character as they run; the sync on dodging over, under and through obstacles; the rapid yet carefully placed layering of multiple cut-ins; both main character's emotional reflections being framed in various items; the incredible and seemless zoom from character to camera lens as that doorknob is thrown; the change from fully coloured to unstable linework and back into a fully coloured BAM frame my GOD!! And yet it's this simple moment at 1:38 that gets me. Run Cycle > Camera Rotation > Split Screen Focus of Face and Feet > Breaking through the Split Screen on the Turn while Syncing with the Music AND the Character Overlaps The Cinematic Border in a way that's dramatic, visually pleasing and an indication of a symbolic turning point in the character's mindset/intentions!!! Holy shit!!

I absolutely LOVE the idea that this is a sequel to black decay. the narrator after loosing stanley was so possessive and protective and honestly deranged that he built an entire fake reality with his newfound powers. just to keep this copy of his deceased friend (or lover? cant rly tell) alive. willing to kill him over and over again if it means they get to keep having adventures. seriously fantastic work. I am IN LOVE with this concept for TSP

1:11 i just noticed in the next scene he’s clutching the spot where he just got injured, such a cool detail!
  • @WolfyTheWitch
Sad your animation is always so cool, I love how dynamic this is :DD That scene with the dude jumping around on floating debris is so cool, not to mention when he crashes into the office
  • I love that 90% of the fandom has an unspoken agreement that Narrator's theme color is yellow
  • @JCMusicStuff
I love the “BAM!” Sound effect matched with the punching. Rlly gives comic book animation vibes which I LOVE.
  • This has to be the most acrobatic office worker I have ever seen
  • @tedredac
    1. THIS IS FRIGGIN AMAZING 2. This feels like The Stanley Parable if Narrator woke up and chose violence
  • @imPisH_fiEndS
Can’t not come back and watch this once every, at max, two weeks. And by ‘once’ I mean replay it for an hour or two as I daydream other exotic parkour-style sequences. In short, this is sick.
  • Edit's of this got me to check out what Stanley Parable was and well now I have a new obsession
