    The real trick is by not viewing it as having no experience, but by taking your experience and past professional interactions and spinning them with the correct verbiage to apply to what position you want. What he says and expands on is great and extremely relevant! This all is why you see so many former military NCO’s as Project Managers.

    This is excellent. I have worked supporting projects as a Coordinator for past 3 yrs but was always worrIed about moving on to next step as a PM as I am a Business Analyst and not a qualified PM and so, worried I would not be able to pull it off. You breaking this down to the simplest form is fantastic and cannot thank you enough.
