Simple exercise for anyone struggling with overtrading: drive on the highway and ask yourself before you make any kind of lane change- Why? Force yourself to think. What condition has been met to justify this need for action? Then think, what sequence must I follow to complete this action safely? Then (and only then) execute your lane change.
