The fact that this guy set off in his Challenger in the deep sand is already puzzling but the fact that he did it without coolant in the the system and no refill with him is just baffling!
  • @scottgm321
Matt does such a great job of hiding his frustration and maybe even anger. In the end, a paycheck is a paycheck.
  • not enough people are talking about the GORILLA GLUE on his radiator!
  • The way that guy was sitting on his open door lets you know all you need to about his respect for the car. If he knew how fragile that thing was or cared it wouldn't happen. People like this keep Matt in business and make for good content!
  • @bradd5112
Awesome how pumped that lady was to ride out in the Morrvair!
  • Definitely some bright people out there when it comes to "offroading"
  • I don't know what is more astounding, Matts patience and ability to keep his composure, or the very obvious ignorance if both of these clients to take 1) a Challenger that the owner knows has a defective cooling system into an obvious 4wd situation, or 2) the owner of a very expensive Benz into an obvious 4wd situation. But yet both aren't reprimanded and both received T-shirts and a smile. Kudos to you Matt. You are a very classy individual!
  • @SlapSnot
That was the quickest and best explanation of why he put the strap around the axle. No filler words what a King!
  • @vyk8244
never trust a dude who sits on the open door of a car that has holes stabbed in the radiator
  • @G34RH34D
Client not giving the full detail of the problem has to be your biggest pet peeve. I bet you guys even ask 'is there anything, and I mean anything else wrong with your vehicle?' only to show up and there is a worse problem that requires another recovery rig to be there.
  • @davidmata4786
I had a 2019 Scat pack and I can tell you it's hard to get under those things on pavement and everything underneath is can tare away at a moments notice.. How you got under that thing and drug it out of there is masterful. I can also tell you I would never in a million years take my scatty out there, EVER.. WOW.. Matt has a lot of patience, A LOT..
  • @wrongmark
I’m always massively impressed with Matt’s (and his team’s) patience. Good guys.
  • @kevinanselman
Props to Matt for always keeping his cool when he gets bad info. You can tell he was not feeling it on that night recovery but still didn't blow up on them. I think this channel has taught all of us to make sure the towing / recovery company gets correct info in these situations. I don't understand how so many people provide the wrong color / model of their own vehicle or misrepresent the condition of the vehicle. It's wild.
  • I’ve been in a similar situation with customers like the challenger driver, and I’m also familiar with the tone of voice. That’s the tone of someone who is doing everything possible not to lose it on the customer . The lady that was so excited to be riding in the Morvair makes it all ok again.
  • I have no idea how you aren't making more fun of these people...You Sir, are a true gentleman!
  • Only just come across this channel and I love matts recovery truck keep on going buddy.
  • Did my guy say that someone had "Stabbed his radiator like 20 times" so he tried to patch it up with gorilla glue? I gotta give Matt credit for keeping his face neutral, because I would have laughed right then and there.
  • @melling621
I never get sick of hearing the sound of the Morvair's exhaust...
  • I've been a dealership technician for nearly 20 years. Needless to say, I've seen my fare share of tow truck drivers. These guys take it to another level and they are dam good at what they do. That being said. That cheap piece of plastic they were worried about breaking, on that 212 chassis E Class Mercedes-Benz, is less than $100. Plus they chose a strong point, the right rear lower control arm, for a spot to make that pull. Like I said earlier, "These guys and girls make it look easy."
  • @rantonio
I love watching Matt's professionalism handling customers.
