I love AJR, and this album is probably my new favorite. God is really real is about there dads death and it hits hard, if you take time to listen to every bit of a lot of their songs you’ll find that they have a way of making lyrics that are really sad and relatable over a very poppy tune, and when they make slow songs you get to see the lyrics in their full power, that’s why I love AJR, they love what they do and do it to their best ability. Keep up the great videos \(^ヮ^)/

I really liked this album it hit really close to home for me as well but because of that I don't think I can listen to some of these on a daily basis because I will get emotional

This album in my opinion is significantly better than OK Orchestra, which I found hard to enjoy (and still do) apon first listen back in 2021.

God Is Really Real really hit me because exactly a year ago my dad had emergency surgery removing part of his left lung because he had lung cancer. I don't believe in god but this song his and it doesnt relate to god for me, it related to how you are just hoping your loved one wil pull through, not caring how. But Inertia is my favorite because of the chorus because it actually represents my mind in the last 1 to 2 years, I've been struggling but just going for the ride doing nothing and following the dance of life.

I liked AJR until I watched them live. Was very disappointed and even left the concert early. Their drum timing was off and didn’t go along with the music that was playing. And their lip syncing was even way off. Most of the people in the crowd had a few drinks and were just having a good time. I hope that’s what they wanted. I excepted a better performance. It was kinda a joke, so we left. Boywithuke opened for them, glad we were able to see him first.

Gotta disagree here man, album started okay but dropped off HARD. Ajr has such a way of hamfisting messages and completely stripping them of any complexity and this album absolutely did not change that in any way shap or form for me.
