When you want them to stop changing minutes, go to team in the settings menu and switch the lineup management to manaual

suggestion: make a roster with the greatest players in each division (all time players) and simulate to see which division is the greatest division of all time. there’s only one rule (since i keep seeing it in the replies) only one player per team so one division isn’t too over powered. btw been loving the content kenny.
