Unlucky in the exclusive EDSA bus lane

Supposedly, hiding from the enforcers should be considered as evading or eluding apprehension. They are putting the officer's safety at risk having to cross through traffic to apprehend them. So once they attempt to elude the officers, it should be grounds for immediate increase of penalty to 2nd Offense which is P10,000 plus one month suspension of driver's license, and required to undergo a road safety seminar. Another thing, violators caught without proper plates should have their vehicles impounded. LTO claims that the backlogs are almost done, so there should be no excuse for these vehicles to not have their plates until now. Gadget Addict, please update us if this is so, we'd like to know how these violators are handled, especially those with repeated offenses.

It's always a good content, seeing people outsmart the enforcers, hand written plate, blending with other riders, no plate, etc

I like how the camera locks in on the violater even when violater chooses to mix with the crowd from a far. It's so hard to stay locked in using our naked eye.

When the busway gets cleaned-up of MC camotes, hope SAICT turn their attention to other thorougfares where camotes wantonly do counterflow even on roads with solid yellow lanes, along bridges and what not.

It seems the 5k10k30k penality is STILL not enough to deter motorist.. interesting how following traffic rules is challenging or they has LOTS of money to burn... very much appreciate the effort in apprehending violators, I'm a 4wheel and Bus/MRT/LRT rider as well.. so many options in deciding what transport to use depending on my daily commitments...

3:30 I've been watching your videos, and I can't help but notice there's quite a fair amount of bus lane violators wearing blue slack pants with black shoes. They're either security guards or police themselves, not sure.
