I personally witnessed the abuse my sister went through, she's very selfless and one of the strongest people I know. Super proud of her that she can finally tell her story.❤
  • Oooohhh Thandi Mphatha I'm so proud of you... I thank God you never lost yourself in that marriage, you are a beautiful soul and one of the worlds best mom and the brilliant business woman, may God continue to show up in your life and the life of your kids. I Love you so much

When she speaks about “headache” I can relate😭😭😭😭. I know the headache she’s talking about. I was not aware that I had depression. From 12 years until now 30, I have been a support structure ( deputy parent). It hit me last year December. I’m still drinking more than 15 pills a day😢. But my God is right with me. My story is long

I can relate to my sister's up bringing and going to church our mistake was thinking marriage gives us freedom from strict family instead of getting education and being independent ,please girls and women ,joy and freedom to females is being educated get a good job and build your own house❤

This is the story of my life, exactly the same! She is speaking for me 😢 Narcissists can really break you!
  • Yoh, it's like ur telling my story. I was physically, financially & emotionally abused. He was so abusive, he thought his family how to badly treat me as well! I'm out of that marriage and thriving. GOD is sooo good
  • Mntase, I knew one day you will get through it all. You've always been one amazing woman. I am so happy you are telling your story, in your own terms. I love you Madlamini ❤

"IT WAS NOT A MISTAKE, IT WAS MY JOURNEY " Shuuu...😭🙌
  • My aunt was in an abusive marriage, that thing does not only affect the victim but it affects the victim's family too. We were always scared of what he might do to her always😢

Absolutely true escaping our reality we take a wrong route and make mistakes

If you never walk that journey, you know nothing in life. I also stay in my marriage because of my kids I didn't want them to be raised by stepfather. Because I was raised by stepfather. 💔
  • She sounds/looks like a very humble person, she's so soft spoken. That man didn't deserve her, I'm glad she left.
  • i felt it when she said ""she saw the red flags and wanted out at 7 months but only went out at 11 years""""..😥😥

This is my story but mine it was done by pastor abusing me so badly

Apart from anything, you are supposed to put God first . You can not love your kids more than God. Hanse God tested Abraham with his son Issac to be sacrificed. That's the only part I can comment on. Otherwise, l love how Thandiwe fought for herself. You can see God is truly on her side
