DC should share all his MSC stories at some point. That would make for a great podcast. πŸ˜‰

If you have a passion, you're going to want to continue with it until the flame dies/you loose the motivation/energy or are unable to continue for one reason or another. Whether that be in motor racing, music, art etc. I am a lowly sculptor, and I'll only be stopping when I'm either dead or I can't see any more. It's what gets me up every day.

So good. So good. Soooo good Guys. Keep the realness coming. PS @DC recently i found a photo my mum took, as a marketing manager for Local authority Sport and leisure in Edinburgh way back in 1992 i think. You were doing commercial work for a certain water based Sponsor you had at the time i think if i remember correctly and looking happy as larry about it all!

DC, when he sees a mate's car with a dent: "Irvine left his calling card, send him the repair bill!".

Didn't know DC has his own dedicated channel! Kudos DC, you are amongst the best commentators.

Maybe after Adrian leaves the sport, Coulthard, Jordan and Newey will be the trio we need after Clarkson, Hammond and May

When David first joined F1 he was shy and not forthcoming...now many years later he is a changed man happy with a new sense of humour which Eddie might have taught him?
  • @LucasDegen
When will Eddie Irvine be on the show then?

I love the banter on this channel. Please keep it up

Ayrton Senna turned me into a Rubinho fan. I'll never forget that terrible weekend. The accidents, Roland Ratzenberger's death.πŸ˜” When the news of Ayrton's death came, it was always: "No, no, no, that can't be true." Totally shocked. Completely unreal. Even after thirty years it hurts to see him. πŸ’” The following year, I worked in various racing series, including a few races in Formula One. Unfortunately, I never got to see Ayrton drive live. That made me sad. It was his aura. He was on another level.πŸ•―πŸ•ŠForever Love.β™₯οΈπŸ•Š I would love to see Mark Webber, Rubens Barrichello and Eddie Irvine. Love to you all. β™₯οΈπŸ™πŸ•Š

Barrichellos crash in Imola still scares the shit out of me, every time I see it or remember it. Not many f1 pictures are burned into my memory like that (Spa 98, Schumacher in Silverstone 99, Massas Crash in Hungary, Lauda on fire, Kubica in Canada and Brasil 2003 come to mind as well ) and I haven't even seen it live, since I didn't watch (or remember watching) F1 until 1996/97ish (born in 1990, and I should add, that I try to avoid watching fatal crashes, I neither need, nor want to watch senna die, so that's why they aren't in the list). Especially given the rest of the weekend I'm just amazed that he came out of it alive. How he did that I don't understand, but I'm utterly glad he did. He seems like such an amazing guy and was not just a perfect addition to the Jordan team, but to F1 as a whole. Rubens will always be one of my favorite drivers and F1 people in general, I just wish some one, just once, anybody really (looking at you Ferrari), would have given him a car that could win in Sao Paulo : / Him winning there would even make up for all the "letting people pass for the championship"...
