Pieces of Powder is an solo animated series. Follow the story of Powder, a teenage girl who deals with a variety of insecurities and anxieties that significantly impact her relationships. When she meets Marcy, a dynamic force that unexpectedly complements her, Powder's high school journey takes a drastic turn. As their bond deepens, Powder finds herself confronted with long-buried issues and struggles she has evaded for far too long, and goes on a journey to learn how to accept everything about herself, the good, and the bad.

AHHHHH oh my goodness Marcy and Powder's relationship is absolutely adorable... I giggled when Marcy just randomly said she's not actually allergic to peanut butter jelly sandwiches... I love the end screen where they sit on the grass together! Lovely work on this pilot episode!

This art style is so visually comforting. It's like a slice of life video game! And Powder's voice is so soft and gentle, her inner monologue reminds me of my thoughts while I was in school. I only acted on those "I wanna be her friend so badly" thoughts once though lol, and just once was hard enough. Powder is a trooper.

i realized after watching this that in fact a lot of people feel this way... like, WHY does literally everyone else have no problem making friends? WHY does nobody EVER approach me to be friends with me like how i do for others? but, in fact, when we think nothing we do matters to the people around us, they actually do care even if it's just as simple as lending them your pen or greetiing them sending hugs to all the people with similar feelings <3. you are loved, more than you think you are
