The sniffer egg can’t be obtained yet, and the archaeology features could’ve been explored in those two or three desert pyramids you found, also great video, I’m surprised that you don’t have more subs.

you definitely should have set up some kind of villager trading area, i prefer getting enchants and everthing from them over the enchanting table, villager trading is more efficient and you can get full prot 4 armour very quickly if you do know how to use the villagers properly, and going to the bastion without some kind of prot armour was def a risk
