It’s so refreshing to hear Cudi’s mindset going into this album. He truly doesn’t deserve any of the hate. A true visionary.

Zane Lowe is such a great interviewer, there are many times cudi was shocked in the answers Zane gave ! Scott deserves all success he is getting

Hearing Cudi talk about how an apology he saw as sincere from Ye was enough for him to forgive him is really moving 🥲

I was a lost kid. A youngin bumping early cudi. My life was in shambles as a kid. He was there when no one else was. He taught me a lot. This new era of cudi was hard to understand. Then it clicked to me after this album. He’s in a better place. As a now 27 year old. So am I. It brings tears to my eyes remembering all of those hard times. It’s hard to stomach some of music he used to make because of what it represented for me. Triumph over tragedy. Don’t worry. God gotchu. I’m coming for that feature cudder. For anyone struggling, I promise there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Because I never thought I’d ever be alive to see it.

I just turned 29 yesterday. A very common phrase by people in my generation is “Kid Cudi saved my life” This man is so important.

Cudi talking about Ye felt so real and heartfelt and also shows some serious growth within Cudi. Very beautiful and mature of him.

Man... Cudi is such a private person sometimes its hard to know where his head at... but this interview alone shows that he isn't faking the funk about positivity, the joy he feels in his life, and the new direction he's taking... this just shines a whole new light on INSANO now, a whole new glow to it... beautiful... now everything makes sense, from the cover, to MOTR, to the music... LETS GO CUD 💪

3:39 Zane is 1000% correct which is why he is great, when these singles came out they sounded so different, but listening to the album completely, every song flows together and fits for the album.
  • @JordansLove
This feels like two friends having a conversation more than an interview.
  • @ProdByDzul

MOTM II will always be my favorite album of all time, got me through a lot. As much as I miss that kind of music from him I am very happy to see and hear how happy he is through music and in person. "The people I met and the places I've been, Are all what make me the man I so proudly am"
