I made this and it was very delicious. However, I did not have time to make the Szechuan sauce so I used store bought, but I will make it soon. Also my boys don't eat four white or wheat, but eat quinoa, oat and almond flour. I used almond flour and that did not bind the balls so I had to add regular flour and it may have made them a little chewy, but still very good. Other than white or wheat flour, what flour would you suggest?
  • Most of the posts here are 1 to 2 years ago, but I was rewarded by reading and finding your instructions to bake (375°, 25 mins, flip halfway). I plan to either dip or immerse in sweet-and-sour sauce rather than a spicy Szechuan.
