You never feed a horse with a bit in its mouth. These cunning tourists try it on KNOWING the rules but wanting to get the photo ........trying to look big & laughing at authority.

Ése de la manzana creo que ha dicho que es de Madrid. Preguntar si la guardia real española le deja darle la manzana 🍎. Primera y principal,la guardia real española no le deja moverse de un lugar bastante alejado.

Police are always close I've seen them watch alot of no boundaries people get watched . They don't play guard will hit his button at a drop of a hat.

These horses are under to much stress, or in pain, the constant running the tongue out tossing their heads. Could be the bits you are using ...they just started this behavior. You are going to see more of it if you continue to ignore it.
