Why did you use Nina Tower in Hong Kong for the cover?
-
5:23 Wow I never knew that the Statue of Liberty was in Lake Michigan

This video is what you get when you let AI produce your video. The Lichtner building is due South of this property but they show some building on West Randolph. Those "public transit" trains shown are not the famous Chicago El. A head scratcher since they have so much local footage. You couldn't source a shot of the building with the El running right behind? A CTA bus on Michigan Avenue (not Boulevard).

I just looked up the rent for this place, it's from $2,090 - $15,980 a month.......
-
253M isn't at all considering a mega tower. It's just a regular skyscraper.
-
Those trolleys shown as Chicago transit is NOT Chicago.... as it has no trolleys.

9:02 No kidding why people in the city hate this building. It's designed too wide and imo is literally hogging the space above the nearby building (wgich may or may not be related to this construction). Why on earth would you design it like this? Maybe a few words on why, in the video would have been helpful imo. Seems rather odd.

Heck of a marketing video. How much they pay you?
-
Well that “golf simulator room” seals the deal. Well worth $15,000 per month…😅
-
in harmony with other historic buildings... a lie repeated twice .. and then retracted in the closing minute.

Who cares? Money is leaving Illinois. Several major firms left downtown because it was unsafe for their employees.

Not worth living near a Pritsker😂😂❤
-
Is there not anything but glass on this repitable looking build, Glass everywhere, just ugly
-
This is going to make trumps building look like a Section 8 for the mentally unfit people to live in.
