Recommended SPOT WELD Process with PLASTIX-27 (This is shown in the video to hold the piece in place for the final repair)
Sand the Surface
Add IRF
Cure for 15-20 seconds

Recommended ONE LAYER Repair with PLASTIX-27 (This is fully demonstrated in this video!)
Sand the Surface
Place Mesh with Adhesive down
Add IRF
Apply Liquid Activator
Cure for 15-20 seconds
Sand the surface

TWO LAYER Repair with PLASTIX-27 (This is recommended for high-stress areas like hinges.)
Sand the Surface
NO MESH
Add IRF
Apply Liquid Activator
Cure for 15-20 seconds
Sand the surface
Place Mesh on top of the sanded IRF surface
Add IRF
Apply Liquid Activator
Let it cure for 15-20 seconds
Sand the Surface
