To the viewer who noticed this young lady's underlying illness I would like to say a big thank you for being so alert and selfless you played a major role in saving her from further major issues or even death, it's a pity she didn't show appreciation for your kindness a bit more. ..... God Bless 💓
  • Wow!! There still are good people in this world. I’m glad the viewer paid so close attention to possibly save her life.

Blessed for the viewer that pointed it out thank you dearly from the bottom of my heart. ^^
  • I saw this video a few months ago and then noticed a lump in my neck in recent weeks. Fortunately, it's benign, but I still have to thank this same guy. Otherwise, I probably would probably not have paid attention to it.

Did I miss the part where she thanked the viewer or did they straight up leave that part out?
  • @C.P.C3719
    Wow, that's scary. I'm glad she's okay
  • Ah man this scares the 💩out of me! Memorial day I noticed a lump with some pain and discomfort as well. Now the day after and its gotten way worse
  • Yup! That’s a lot like the way my mom found out that she had thyroid cancer. In about 1986-87 my mom had gotten a new license photo and showed it to my stepfather who was like. What the heck is wrong with your neck. In everyday life it was not very noticeable at all (unless you were looking for it) but her thyroid was very swollen. She went to the doctor and she had cancer. They removed the entire thyroid. Both of my younger sisters have had their thyroid removed because it’s hereditary and one of them became cancerous and the other showed signs and preemptively had half of the thyroid removed. My daughter is well informed and keeps an eye on it.

    God Bless you!!! sending prayers!!

I may had a thyroid problem in my late teens, but still has to always be cautious for my own self due to knowing it can happen for woman in their 30s and 40s. Another reason my primary doctor has me check my tsh levels every 6 months to a year.

Her viewer, the woman who informed her, is a saint! It would have been easy to observe it and think, well, maybe. But this anonymous woman did, after going through the same thing. (What an odd ending note for this segment: "it's important to be aware of your health, even during a pandemic"! Especially? Even when it's not related, of course, stress brings out all kinds of serious ailments.)

Would of been nice to have seen her meet the viewer (maybe they didn't want too) but would of been a great touch!
  • I have a swollen nodule on my neck. I'm scared to have it checked, but I also don't know how I can afford it with no job during covid. I have state utah Medicaid & when I tried finding a Dr who takes my coverage in ut with no age limit which I was told their was only 1. I scheduled one & waited 2 weeks then was told the state has 3 types & mine was the one they don't cover. Idk if I am able to just go to a hospital or what I'm supposed to do because both my parents have thyroid problems. 10/24/22 Update: it turns out I had Hashimoto's & Multifocal Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (MPTC) Cancer. It has been over 1.5 years since my TT & in 30 days I will be having my RAI. I did not want to have chemo however my thyroid cancer is more aggressive then "normal" Papillary so it's my safest option. Wish me luck!
  • So, I would have liked to see what exactly the lump looked like, as I couldn't detect anything just watching this. :-( Thankfully, for this young lady that other viewer Did.
  • U better give a huge shout to that tip !! Yep those popcicles were great after the surgery. They took mine too.
  • @saja7366
Did she have a pcp and if so, how on earth didn't they catch it?
  • I have a lump on the front of my throat. I was supposed to have an MRI today but the doctors office messed up the order. So I am waiting to see if I have cancer.
  • I just noticed a large lump on the same spot as hers. I'm not sure how long I've had it, for hopefully, it's nothing serious.
  • Wow a whole video on how a woman got saved because another woman identified a sign of thyroid cancer and they literally don’t show what the bump on her neck looked like or explain how to know you might need to see a specialist… 🙄
