Time travelers and cell phones: If this really happened, and color me doubtful, who would they be communicating with and how did the do it? Without cell towers and electricity communication over microwave towers would be highly problematic.

The third "phone" one... He's looking forward! You can see his facial features! At a guess he's holding a tobacco pouch. As for the "doppelgangers", there's always the possibility that they are old relatives. Either that or it's just a coincidence, because sometimes two unrelated people can look like siblings or similar. Don't believe anything from the Daily Express, anymore than any other tabloids. There's only a handful of truly trustworthy newspapers in any country, and even they get things wrong.

As far as the doppelgängers of the celebrities, it wouldn’t be surprising if they were in fact somehow related. There’s only so many genotype combinations humans can produce before the sequences start over again, so there’s going to be SOME ONE out there that looks like you, either presently, or in the past
